• Monitor housekeeping and pantry operations on a daily basis.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained across all office areas.
• Coordinate with soft service vendors for manpower deployment and service delivery.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and quality audits.
• Track attendance, grooming, and performance of housekeeping staff.
• Manage pest control, waste management, and horticulture activities.
• Handle client complaints and ensure timely closure of service requests.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to soft services.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain inventory of housekeeping consumables and pantry supplies.
• Coordinate with procurement and finance teams for vendor invoices and PO processes.
• Monitor SLA/KPI compliance and take corrective actions for service gaps.
• Support audits and compliance requirements.
