About The Role
This is a hybrid role working 2 + days a week in office. As a Payments Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our external payment providers ensuring commercials are competitive and that we are benefiting from all potential features and functionalities offered.
Reporting to the Head of Payments Relationships or a Senior Payments Relationship Manager you will be part of our Payments & Compliance team who are responsible for contract negotiation, issue resolution and stakeholder management.

You Will
 
- Develop solid relationships with Payment Providers and Partners.
- Setting up regular calls and meetings with providers.
- Monitoring performance of providers to identify areas for improvement.
- Gathering details of the planned development and roadmap items to ensure our product roadmap is aligned.
- Collaborate with the Payment Relationship Managers to produce monthly packs by markets/regions to illustrate the performance of the region (deposits, withdrawals, fees) and provide key insights to the business.
- Provide input and guidance to the ongoing development and updating of our standard operating procedures and processes ensuring a consistent level of performance and quality.
You Have
- A track record of Relationship and Stakeholder Management.
- A good understanding of the payments industry.
- Experience in working cross functionally with stakeholders of varying seniority
- Be data-driven and detail-orientated with proven analytical and problem-solving skills
