About The Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining professional communication.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily scheduling and organization of activities.
- Maintain calendars, appointments, and routine schedules.
- Organize documents, records, lists, and other materials.
- Assist with preparing information and materials for meetings.
- Coordinate reminders, follow-ups, and daily tasks.
- Organize supplies, paperwork, and other resources.
- Communicate with customers, team members, and other contacts professionally.
- Assist with errands and routine organizational tasks when needed.
- Help prioritize changing responsibilities and deadlines.
- Maintain discretion and professionalism when handling information.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Competitive Salary: $53,000 – $59,000 per year.
