S&OE Planner and Revenue Operations

Drive supply-demand alignment and revenue performance by ensuring optimal short-term planning decisions across the HPM Monitoring business.

Your role

  • Analyze gaps in short-term unconstrained demand plans vs constrained supply/sales plans and implement corrective actions, working with Supply Planners, Supply Chain Business partners, and Demand Planners.
  • Analyze the impact of unplanned supply disruptions on our ability to deliver to the customer, impact on inventory levels, and sales outlook.
  • Determine mitigation plans for the supply disruptions and lead actions required to minimize the impact on customers, inventory, and on sales.
  • Inform senior management on risks in the plan and make clear what can be done to mitigate the risks.
  • Manage the escalation process and the backlog and support in prioritization of customer orders in case of constraints.
  • Support the Supply Chain Business Partner in the zone with the projection of short-term sales and inventory levels.
  • Monitor whether the requested delivery dates are in line with standard supply lead times.
  • Monitor process performance and perform analytics for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to ongoing tool development.
  • KPI’s: Inventory, Sales, RDD/CDD mismatch, OTIF, backorder value.

You're the right fit if

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Management).
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in a supply chain role.
  • Problem Solving skills. Able to find solutions to difficult or complex issues. As a LEAN Leader drives continuous improvement via applying LEAN methodology.
  • Analytical skills, data-driven approach, and ability to build and maintain predictive models in Excel.
  • Getting things done mentally, ability to cope with changes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.

Compensation & Benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is PLN 97,150.00 - 160,950.00 PLN . We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for 10% short term incentive, with your rewards linked to company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
