About The Role
About the Opportunity
Join the St Vincent’s Private Hospital Toowoomba team as a Physiotherapist (Level 2) in our Allied Health Team. This is a permanent full-time role, and you will be pivotal in ensuring quality outcomes for patients in a friendly and caring atmosphere.
Our physiotherapy team operates across the following areas: general medicine, surgery, orthopaedics, rehabilitation, emergency department, intensive care, maternity and paediatrics, cardiac and neurology. We also provide rehabilitation in the home (RITH) and lymphoedema services.

St Vincent’s Private Hospital Toowoomba is the largest acute private hospital on the Darling Downs. We are a 197-bed facility with highly experienced and skilled staff that work as a team to deliver the highest standard of healthcare to all our patients. Our services include medical, surgical, maternity, paediatric, emergency, cardiac and rehabilitation. We are supported by comprehensive allied health services and advanced medical and diagnostic services. Pathology, radiology and pharmacy are also available on site, and our emergency department is open 24 hours, seven days a week.

Things that work for us
- A current registration with AHPRA
- Relevant qualifications within the Allied Health sector
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a private hospital or acute facility, desirable but not essential
- Strong commitment and professionalism to patient centred care
- Experience and capability in working within the following clinical areas; cardiac, medical and surgical, ICU, orthopaedics and rehabilitation.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts including weekdays and weekends.
