Are you an experienced Financial Analyst who enjoys turning data into decisions and wants to influence how a global software company grows and performs? Join our international Business Finance team and help shape financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management across a global software and SaaS business.
In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and finance stakeholders across multiple regions. This position offers the opportunity to expand your expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), business partnering, and international finance while gaining exposure to senior stakeholders, global reporting, and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsabilities
As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in understanding business performance and providing insights that support better decision making across the organization. You will:
- Analyze revenue, cost, and profit developments at a global level and across the company's largest revenue-generating regions.
- Analyze and evaluate software and SaaS revenue streams and identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities, particularly regarding forecast assumptions.
- Partner with business leaders and functional teams to challenge assumptions, improve forecast quality, and support commercial decision making.
- Analyze variances between actual and forecasted costs and communicate findings in a clear and transparent manner.
- Identify opportunities for optimization at the process, cost, and profitability levels.
- Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting structures, and governance frameworks.
- Support finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations, process optimization, and digitalization projects.
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting activities.
- Assist with internal and external audits as well as compliance-related matters.
- Perform financial evaluations and business case analyses for projects and investment initiatives.
- Provide ad hoc analyses and recommendations to support management decisions and business priorities.
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Finance, Corporate Finance, or a similar finance function within an international company.
- Solid knowledge of financial consolidation, subsidiary controlling, and process design.
- Strong affinity for digital solutions and a proactive mindset toward leveraging technology to improve processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex topics clearly and effectively to different audiences; confident in preparing and delivering presentations.
- Strong team player with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across functions, regions, and organizational levels.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level)
Advantageous
- Exposure to the Software and SaaS Industry.
- Experience with ERP transformation or finance systems projects.
- German language skills.
