Job Title: Product Analyst - UGG Apparel

Reports to: Sr. Manager, Product Line - UGG Apparel

Location: For Goleta, CA (Hybrid)

Typically 3 times per week in office, Tuesday – Thursday

The Role

As a Business Information Analyst, Apparel, you’ll be a vital part of our Product Creation Team, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of business data that powers the UGG brand. You’ll coordinate seasonal updates, manage and analyze product line sheets, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive informed decision-making and optimize our business processes. Your work will directly impact the quality, consistency, and success of our apparel product lines each season, making this role essential to the continued growth and innovation of UGG.

Your Impact

  • Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date product line sheets for Apparel, ensuring consistency of product information across platforms (e.g., PLM, VLP, internal databases).
  • Resolve discrepancies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate and compile seasonal inputs across various product attributes.
  • Work closely with the Product Creation Team and other partners to ensure alignment and accuracy in product information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, organize, and ensure the accuracy of product data, including specifications, priority flagging, and downstream requirements, while meeting seasonal deadlines.
  • Ensure data accuracy by implementing quality control checks and validation processes.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve procedures for managing and maintaining product line sheets, driving efficiency and consistency across the product lifecycle.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, product data management, or a related role, with a focus on the apparel or footwear industry.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, PLM systems, etc.) and the ability to work with complex datasets.
  • Familiarity with apparel or footwear seasonal planning processes, product lifecycle management, and production timelines.
  • Experience in product line sheet management and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to track and manage multiple data points across various stages of the product creation lifecycle.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to identify and address discrepancies in product data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

The salary range posted reflects the estimated minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in
