About the Team
The Jitterbit Product team drives innovation, growth, and customer satisfaction across the Harmony Platform. We are a collaborative, globally distributed group of Product Managers, each responsible for different parts of the product portfolio. We work closely with Engineering, UX Design, QA, Documentation, Support, Marketing, Sales, Alliances, and other teams to define and deliver high-quality solutions. About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for Jitterbit’s Connectors portfolio, a foundational capability within our integration ecosystem. The portfolio includes pre-built connectors for SaaS applications such as Salesforce and NetSuite, databases and data sources, and protocols such as REST, SOAP, GraphQL, JDBC, HTTP, and FTP. The role may also support adjacent Harmony applications and shared platform capabilities based on business priorities. You will work with experienced Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that our connector strategy aligns with customer needs, partner ecosystems, technology changes, and broader platform goals. Your responsibilities will span the complete product lifecycle, including customer discovery, market analysis, product definition, roadmap planning, execution, release readiness, adoption, and lifecycle management.
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Jitterbit’s Connectors portfolio, with additional responsibility for adjacent application areas as needed.
- Identify and prioritize new connectors, application integrations, protocols, authentication methods, and enhancements to existing connectors.
- Define clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business outcomes based on customer needs, market opportunities, usage data, and technical feasibility.
- Partner with Engineering and QA to deliver connectors and application capabilities that are reliable, scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- Manage connector lifecycle events, including external API changes, authentication changes, version upgrades, deprecations, and end-of-life planning.
- Monitor connector usage, quality, customer feedback, support trends, and adoption to guide product investment decisions.
- Work with UX Designers to provide consistent and intuitive configuration and user experiences across connectors and applications.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and cross-functional prioritization in an agile development environment.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Alliances, Documentation, Support, and Customer Success to support launches, enablement, adoption, and customer communications.
- Present product strategy, roadmap, requirements, and release plans to internal stakeholders, customers, technology partners, and executive audiences.
- Conduct market, technology, and competitive research to identify emerging integration patterns, ecosystem changes, portfolio gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Engage with customers, partners, developers, and subject-matter experts to identify and prioritize high-value applications, systems, protocols, and connector capabilities.
- Apply effective product management practices, including customer feedback loops, prioritization frameworks, outcome-based planning, and data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams, including internal development teams, offshore teams, and external development partners.
