Pay Range

$41,600.00-$52,600.00 Annual

This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors.

The HR Team at our Denver, Colorado headquarters is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated part-time intern/co-op to join our team and gain hands-on experience across various HR areas. This internship provides a unique opportunity for a budding HR professional to explore the realms of HR generalist duties, talent management and recruiting while having a real impact on JM’s business priorities.

This part-time position will ideally start in October 2026 and go through May 2027. Our office is in downtown Denver, CO at 717 17 th St.

As an HR Intern / Co-op at JM, you will have the opportunity to work on tasks and projects that may include

  • Recommending and facilitating employee engagement activities
  • Tracking employee recognition and suggesting improvements
  • Tracking employee development activities.
  • Providing support in coordinating and tracking HR training sessions.
  • Analyzing HR data and metrics to provide insights to leadership
  • Assisting with records retention
  • Participating in HR projects
  • Shadowing HR team members for exposure to HR processes, challenges and knowledge.

What you Bring to the Team

  • Must be currently enrolled as a student pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business, or psychology.
  • Completed at least sophomore year of undergraduate course work and enrolled in classes for 2026 .
  • Ability to work 10-15 hours per week.
  • Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn about various HR functions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges
  • Previous HR-related coursework, internship or experience is a plus
