• As Marketing and Communication Specialist, you coordinate content, campaigns and events that drive visibility, lead generation and commercial impact.

Your Tasks

• Create marketing content for print, digital and social media channels
• Support product launches and technical marketing activities
• Organise trade fairs, customer events, webinars and promotional campaigns
• Work closely with Sales and Product Management across CEE
• Manage marketing materials, presentations and communication assets
• Coordinate external agencies, designers and suppliers
• Support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Your Profile

• Experience in B2B marketing, communications or technical marketing
• Strong content creation skills across digital, print and social media
• Experience organising events , trade fairs or customer meetings
• Hands-on, pragmatic and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English and Polish

Nice to Have

• Experience in manufacturing, HVAC, insulation, construction or industrial products
• Experience translating technical information into customer-friendly marketing content
• Basic graphic design, video creation or social media management skills
• Experience with CMS, marketing tools or digital campaigns
• Additional CEE languages
