About The Role

ABOUT THE ROLE

Position Overview

The Project Manager, Accessibility, is responsible for the day-to-day management of all Sign Language orders, from intake through delivery and vendor payment. The role receives orders from clients and internal Deluxe teams, briefs vendors and production teams, tracks every title against its due date, and serves as the primary point of contact for client queries, while generating purchase orders for vendors and supplying the order information internal teams need for billing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive and process Sign Language orders from clients and internal Deluxe teams, confirming scope, deliverable type, specs, and due dates at intake.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for client queries on Sign Language orders, providing status updates, delivery forecasts, and early warning on any at-risk title.
  • Issue order information, briefs, and specs to Sign Language vendors, confirming receipt, capacity, and acceptance of dates.
  • Coordinate with Title Managers and Order Managers so that production teams and vendors have everything required to start and finish work — source assets, scripts, subtitle and caption files, reference materials, access, and approved specs.
  • Maintain a complete, current tracker of all Sign Language orders.
  • Monitor each order against its client due date and internal milestones, drive recovery plans on any slippage, and escalate scope changes and delivery risk to the Sr. Director, Accessibility.
  • Provide accurate order and delivery information to internal teams for client billing.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality of Deluxe and customer/client sensitive information, including pre-release content.
  • Additional duties and projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years in project management, production coordination, or order management required; experience in media localization, post-production, or accessibility services strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a high-volume slate of concurrent orders against hard client deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the confidence to be a client-facing voice on status and issues.
  • Highly organized and detail-accurate, able to prioritize independently under competing deadlines with asynchronous support from leadership.
