About The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company delivery vehicle while maintaining all DOT, safety, and compliance requirements.
- Complete specialized deliveries in apartment communities and multifamily properties, navigating complex delivery environments with professionalism and efficiency.
- Load, transport, unload, and position merchandise according to customer requirements and site conditions.
- Verify order accuracy, collect delivery confirmations, and document completed deliveries using handheld technology.
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service during every delivery.
- Partner with sales and operations teams to support customer needs, resolve delivery concerns, and enhance the customer experience.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
- Assist with warehouse operations and material handling activities as business needs require.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED General Studies or technical school graduate or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 1+ years of experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW between 14,500 and 26,000 pounds.
- Ability to meet all applicable DOT requirements and maintain required medical certification.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull merchandise weighing up to 40 pounds, with team - lift- support available for heavier items.
- Strong commitment to safety, customer service and operational excellence.
- DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience navigating multifamily housing, apartment communities, construction sites, or other complex delivery environments preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
- Retail, logistics, or warehouse experience
- Experience using handheld mobile technology and delivery management systems.

Pay Range: $23.90 - $29.60 per hour
