Job Description: Reporting to the Facility Manager/Director of Care/Nursing Unit Manager, the Registered Nurse A/RPN is responsible for maintaining a high standard of patient care in accordance with the vision, mission and philosophy of the SHA. The Registered Nurse A/RPN has the responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementing and evaluation of comprehensive client centered care.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

Licenses

Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS)
Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
Valid Class 5 driver's license

Other Education and Training

Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
Nursing diploma is acceptable
