Lead Assistant Manager

• Graduate/postgraduate with experience in Insurance & Finance
• Should have 4-7 years of experience in US Corporate Tax

Strong understanding & prior experience of

• ASC 740 / US GAAP tax accounting & Financial Reporting (Journal Entries, Footnotes, Reconciliations etc.)
• Quarterly and annual tax provision calculations (GAAP/ STAT)
• Federal tax compliance basics (Return to Provision analysis)
• Book vs Tax differences
• Experience on Tax accounting systems (OneSource) & SAP is preferred
• Good hands-on experience on MS office especially MS excel
• Excellent oral/ written communication & Interpersonal skills
• Should have experience in process documentation and preparation of SOPs
• Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities
• Demonstrate attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment – especially during close
• Excellent analytical skills and competent at logical reasoning
