About The Role

We are a fast-growing distribution company with a passion for quality and innovation in the  houseware industry . With our own homegrown brand, we supply retail giants nationwide — and we're looking for a results-driven  Key Account Officer  to strengthen our presence in Mondern trade Account, including Retail Store.

Key Responsibilities

✅  Account Management & Negotiation

Lead sales negotiations and promotional planning with  buyers or merchandising teams  of assigned modern trade accounts
Secure and implement trade agreements, marketing activities, and sell-in deals

✅  Sales Operations & Performance

Drive and manage the  overall sales performance  of assigned accounts
Monitor sales targets, forecast demand, and coordinate stock replenishment
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, marketing, merchandising) to ensure order fulfillment and timely execution

✅  Team & Store Support

Manage, train, and support  Sales Associates / Sales Coordinators  assigned to store locations
Monitor and enforce  planogram implementation , merchandising compliance, and promotional execution in-store
Conduct regular store visits and market checks to ensure visibility and competitiveness

Qualifications

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
✔ At least 1–2 years of experience in Key Accounts, Modern Trade, FMCG, or Retail
✔ Strong background in sales, negotiation, and account management
✔ Experience handling major retail accounts (e.g., SM) is an advantage
✔ Proficient in Excel, reporting, and data analysis
✔ Results-oriented with strong communication and leadership skills
✔ Willing to be assigned in Davao area
