About The Role
The Account Supervisor is responsible for overseeing janitorial operations at assigned customer locations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role provides direct supervision to frontline team members, manages staffing and scheduling, conducts quality inspections, and serves as a liaison between the customer and operations management.
Schedule
Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Saturday: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay: $22.00/hour.
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.

- Supervise and direct janitorial team members on assigned shifts.
- Ensure all cleaning services are performed according to company standards and customer expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Schedule team members and maintain adequate staffing levels to support operational needs.
- Train, coach, and develop employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of team members.
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retention efforts.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment; submit replenishment requests as needed.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and customer concerns, and provide timely resolution.
- Complete administrative duties including timekeeping, performance documentation, and operational reports.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and respond promptly to service requests.
- Support special projects, floor care, and other cleaning activities as required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of janitorial or facility services experience.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, floor care equipment, and custodial best practices.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
