Royal Canin Accounts Payable Specialist

What are we looking for

• 3-5 Years of Experience in Accounts Payable
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of transactions
• Good understanding of accounting principles and internal controls
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams

What will be your key responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper coding and approvals
• Manage vendor relationships, including handling queries and resolving discrepancies
• Perform and maintain intercompany reconciliations, ensuring balances are accurate and differences are resolved
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and ensuring compliance with controls and policies
