About The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner – Student Programming, you will identify and recruit talented students and recent graduates from universities and college campuses to fill coop, summer, internship, and full-time positions. You will partner with the business to define hiring needs to ensure delivery of appropriately skilled students with focus on providing a consistent and excellent candidate experience at every opportunity.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the student program end to end; ensuring a branded employee experience, that cultivates student relationships.
- Implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Organize and facilitate on-campus recruitment events to attract potential candidates.
- Coordinate, develop and maintain relationships with University and College department heads, alumni and staff and provide interface with all candidates.
- Execute our student and manager program delivering outstanding experience at all touchpoints; manager communications, onboarding, performance evaluation, off boarding process etc.
- Responsible for continuous process improvements based on best-in-class practices; how we recruit to how we onboard students.
- Develop and provide input into design of processes, tools and programs.
Your Skills
- Strong written verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent presentation skills and comfortable speaking to groups
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Proficiency with social media, talent databases, and professional networks
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
Your Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
- Post-secondary education in a related field (business, administration, human resources, or marketing preferred)
The expected salary range for this position is $55,223 - $73,170. Placement within range will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
