As a Working Student in Business Intelligence & Analytics , you will support our team in creating and refining modern reporting solutions. Your primary mission is to quickly get up to speed with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and assist in turning internal dashboard concepts into clean, interactive visualizations.

Your Tasks

Frontend Development & Dashboarding: Creating, adjusting, and designing intuitive dashboards and stories in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Data Studio (Google) based on templates and data models provided by the team.
Visual Alignment & Feedback: Assisting in clarifying simple visual implementation details (e.g., layout adjustments, chart types, filter placement) with internal stakeholders, while working closely with the BI team as your main point of contact.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Performing basic data validation and visual sanity checks on newly built SAC dashboards against reference figures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Documentation & Cataloging : Supporting the maintenance of our internal data catalog and dashboard finder by adding brief descriptions, tags, and visual previews of new reporting assets ( utilizing AI tools where applicable).

Your Profile

Educational Background: Currently enrolled student in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration ( BWL ), Computer Science, Data/Information Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with an affinity for numbers and analytics.
Analytical Mindset & Quick Learner: Strong willingness and curiosity to quickly get up to speed with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and modern dashboard design principles.
BI & Visualization Affinity: Initial exposure to or genuine interest in data visualization (e.g., SAC, Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or advanced Excel) is a welcome plus, but extensive prior knowledge is not required .
Attention to Detail: Conscientious working style with an eye for clean, structured, and user-friendly visual presentation.
Key Competencies: Good communication skills in English (working proficiency ), proactive team-oriented attitude, and reliability. Fluency in German is a plus.
