Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain company-wide IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and workstations
  • Implement and monitor security measures to protect data, networks, and systems from cyber threats
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and networking issues in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality IT support and services
  • Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and backups to minimize downtime and data loss
  • Develop and document IT policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Provide technical support and training to staff to enhance overall IT competency and efficiency
  • Assist in disaster recovery planning and implementation to ensure business continuity
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as an IT Administrator or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, server management, and IT security standards
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems administration
  • Proficiency in managing virtualization technologies and cloud services
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with staff and external partners
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are highly desirable
