The Men's Locker Room Server/Bartender Attendant is responsible for ensuring the standards of cleanliness in assigned guest rooms are achieved and maintained on a consistent basis to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction in cleanliness and service. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees. Key Responsibilities
- Maintains cleanliness of club locker rooms, including lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas.
- Empties wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal.
- Replenishes supplies such as drinking glasses, linens, writing supplies, and bathroom linens.
- Keeps housekeeping caddy clean, stocked, and orderly at all times.
- Washes windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as needed.
- Clean wash basins, mirrors, commodes, tubs, and showers daily.
- Dusts and polish furniture and equipment.
- Follows through on lost and found procedures. No articles shall be removed from occupied rooms. Absolute respect for guest property should always be exercised.
- Follow procedures for handling, cleaning, disposing, or moving of objects/materials and/or the clean-up of blood, infectious materials, or body fluids containing blood in accordance with the OSHA Blood-borne Pathogen Standards.
- Report any needed repairs immediately to supervisor (such as leaky faucets or toilets, loose tile, broken windowpanes, missing nuts or screws, etc.
Qualifications
- Provide five-star service to members and guests in the Men’s lounge and other outlets on property.
- Greet, serve and assist members and guests in a timely manner.
- Poses overall menu knowledge for both food and beverage offerings.
- Ability to prepare and deliver drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) as necessary.
- Knowledgeable in all locker room facility areas and offered amenities.
- Answer phones and provide detailed information correctly.
- Ability to utilize POS system for taking orders.
- Restock and maintain all amenities in Men’s lounge facility: Bar & Lounge area, Locker Bays, Treatment Rooms, and wet area.
- Assist when needed in other areas of the spa/locker room – TEAMWORK is required.
- Removal and cleaning of golf shoes, checking condition of spikes and repairing as necessary.
- Complete daily duties and any other duties assigned.
Additional Requirements
- Responsible beverage server certification required
- Food handler card required within 7 days of hire.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.
- Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages preferred.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds.

The Company’s good faith estimate of the hourly rate it expects to pay for this role is $24-$28 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
