Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Process Trainee/Apprentice to learn and contribute to our manufacturing processes at Valeo Sistemas Electronicos SA de CV. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop a strong foundation in industrial operations.

Job Responsibilities**

Assist in the setup, operation, and monitoring of production machinery and equipment.
Learn and apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product quality and process efficiency.
Support the identification and resolution of basic production issues and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance tasks on equipment under supervision.
Accurately record production data, including quantities, defects, and downtime.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Participate in training sessions and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications**

High school diploma or equivalent; a technical vocational degree or certificate is a plus.
Strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical principles is advantageous.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently as well as part of a team.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting moderate weights, and operating machinery safely.
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
