What you’ll do

As Store Manager, you’ll lead with purpose and serve with pride. You’ll be the driving force behind store performance, customer satisfaction, and team development. You’ll champion regional strategies to increase traffic and sales, ensure smooth and compliant operations, and set the standard for visual merchandising. You’ll analyze customer trends, coach your team to success, and resolve challenges with confidence.

You’ll also need

Post-secondary education or equivalent hands-on experience
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams
Strong decision-making skills that balance speed and strategy
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic retail environment
Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills
