Order Handling (m/f/d)

Responsible for the commercial processing of new machine, service, repair, and rental orders, including quotation preparation, order management, logistics coordination, export and customs documentation, technical clarification with service teams, customer support, and invoicing for international markets within CEE-Region.

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Managing commercial processing of new machine, service, repair, and rental orders
• Preparing quotations and tailored customer proposals based on technical requirements
• Coordinating domestic and international shipments, returns, and export/customs documentation
• Liase with technical support and service teams to ensure accurate order execution
• Handle service requests, tickets, reports, and invoicing
• Maintaining order documentation and ensuring compliance with internal and customer requirements

Your Profile / Qualifications

• German & English (proficient)
• Strong understanding of international business operations and customer requirements
• Customer-oriented approach with a focus on service excellence and satisfaction
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Collaborative team player with a proactive and open-minded mindset
