Accountabilities

Engage with advanced AI models on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios using TypeScript.
Evaluate model responses for logical accuracy, coding fluency, correctness, clarity, and overall software quality.
Challenge AI systems across algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming.
Test areas such as asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and distributed systems debugging.
Identify and document reproducible failure modes, logical inconsistencies, coding errors, and areas where model reasoning can be improved.
Provide structured feedback and recommendations to strengthen prompt engineering approaches and evaluation metrics.
Clearly explain technical reasoning and demonstrate how conclusions are reached when assessing AI-generated solutions.

Requirements

Strong practical expertise in TypeScript and software engineering.
Solid knowledge of algorithms, data structures, software architecture, and modern development practices.
Experience with frontend and/or backend development, APIs, cloud infrastructure, or systems programming is highly relevant.
Familiarity with asynchronous programming, RESTful APIs, object-oriented design, memory management, secure coding, debugging, and distributed systems.
A bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
Real-world TypeScript development experience, technical writing, or open-source contributions is advantageous.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify subtle technical inaccuracies and evaluate AI-generated code objectively.
Excellent metacognitive communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain your reasoning and “show your work.”
