About The Role
Reporting to the Head of SME Business, you will lead partnership strategy and execution to drive SME business performance. You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement commercial initiatives, translating business needs into impactful partnerships that deliver measurable results.
This role requires strong commercial acumen, expertise in partnership management, and the ability to translate business needs into effective collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial partnerships to drive merchant acquisition and overall SME business performance
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to support sustainable SME growth
- Define the partnership roadmap aligned with overall SME business strategy and priorities
- Identify and prioritize high-impact partnership opportunities across merchant segments, groups, and use cases
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution from strategy through to implementation
- Own commercial discussions, including deal structuring, negotiation, and ongoing partnership management
- Monitor partnership performance and optimize initiatives to maximize the business impact
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in partnerships, strategy, or commercial roles, preferably within e-commerce or digital platforms
Proven stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in Thai and English (written and verbal)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
