What you will do

Develops new sales opportunities
Introduces new products
Ensure payments by customers
Ensures total customer satisfaction
Ensures adequate branding for the territory
Develops long term relationship with customers
Negotiates contracts
Applies Lonza policies
Uses Lonza sales tools
Monitors competition
Coordinates customer visits/ audits
Involves internal departments when required
Participates to the organization of customer events/ seminars
Responsible for maintaining good EHS compliant working conditions, safe practices in your assigned job or area and ensure continuous compliance to company’s operating procedures, EHS Standards and local law requirements.
Performs other tasks as assigned by management

What we are looking for

Degree: Bachelor
Field of Study: major in Pharmacology/ Medical & Health Care is a plus
Minimum 3 years working experience, in health care industry preferably, sales function is a must, B2B environment is a plus
Ability to communicate and build relationships
Strong negotiation skills
Resilient/ persistent
Willingness to learn, curiosity
Ability to work independently
Flexibility to travel
Ability to represent Lonza brand
English CET-4
Basic computer skills
