Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Networking Engineer to lead the operation support, implementation, and optimization of our complex production customer access network infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of Juniper network systems, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to drive strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities:**

Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of SWIFT's complex customer access network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for network systems and processes, aligning with business objectives and strategic goals.
Manage and execute networking projects from inception to completion, delivering results on time and within budget.
Collaborate with various business units to understand their networking needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Ensure accountability for network performance, reliability, and security across all systems.
Organize and lead meetings related to network planning, design, and troubleshooting.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional development.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in networking to inform strategic decisions.

Job Qualifications:**

Proven experience in supporting, implementing, and managing complex network infrastructures.
Demonstrated ability to lead networking projects and deliver tangible results.
Strong understanding of Juniper

network systems and protocols.

Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives and strategic objectives.
Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and meeting organization skills.
High degree of accountability and ownership for network performance.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
