Responsibilities include

Analyzes business requirements, converts requirements to functional and technical specifications, and analyzes cross functional solutions to meet complex business requirements.
Perform big data analysis and derive actionable insights, followed by production implementation in collaboration with multiple business functions.
Propose Optimal approach with thorough impact quantification while reviewing business requirements
Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
Define the most effective control mechanisms to capture process anomalies and gaps while using advance analytics.
Chance to gain hands-on experience, acquire professional skills, and be mentored by senior team members.
Work with SAP and other internal organizational information systems.

What you should have?

Master's or Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering.
0-1 years of experience in relevant fields
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and SQL.
Ability to gain cooperation of others, collaborate and lead complex interfaces with no authority.
Ability to work under pressure, manage and prioritize multiple tasks in parallel and manage timelines & due dates independently.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to think quickly and critically.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate across complex stakeholder groups.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey key messages to stakeholders.
Ability to manage long-term projects while maintaining high-quality daily execution.
