About the Role

As an integral part of the HR CoE Team, this role will be instrumental in elevating Meesho's culture. The role will be at the forefront of identifying and addressing critical challenges that impact the employee experience, implementing innovative policy and process solutions. The role will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our eNPS and Talent Density charters. This role demands a user-centric mindset, a creative approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver impactful results. The role will have frequent opportunities to interact with leadership, ensuring the work directly contributes to shaping the company's future. The role will constantly be challenged to find innovative solutions to complex issues, making every day an exciting opportunity to drive positive change.

What you will do

Own the conceptualization, design and implementation of Performance and Talent Management and Central Strategic HR initiatives.

Provide support to Leadership teams, HRBPs and employees e.g information on overall performance management philosophy, process, system and data.

Stay on top of identified initiatives and conduct regular follow ups and review with stakeholders to ensure implementation is proceeding satisfactorily.

Stay abreast of best practices in the industry and leverage the same Track and maintain Performance Management database and insights and patterns in regular intervals

What you will need

-

3-5 years’ experience in human resources.

-

Proficiency in MS-Word, Ms-Excel and MS-Powerpoint.

Exceptional communication and creative thinking.

-

Organized and efficient - Ability to work to tight deadlines.

-

Stakeholder management.

-

Exposure to Performance Management implementation (preferred).
