Job Description

• - Experience Required: 8 to 12 years.
• Mode of work- Hybrid
• Location-Hyderabad

1. Proven experience as a Workday application specialist, with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM and an overall experience of 12 years or more.
2. Deep understanding of multiple Workday functional components (i.e., Human Capital Management, Recruitment, Learning, Talent Management are must and knowledge on Payroll, Compensation including Advanced Comp, Time and Absence are advantageous etc.)
3. knowledge of VNDLY, Hired Score and Planning would be advantageous.
4. Configure and maintain Workday business processes across modules such as HCM, Absence, Compensation, and Recruitment, including initiation steps, validation rules, help text, and security policies.
5. Design and execute EIBs for bulk data loads and extracts, ensuring data integrity and alignment with Workday’s integration architecture.
6. Develop and manage Workday notifications, Alerts and Workday cards to support timely communication of events, approvals, and alerts to users and stakeholders.
7. Participate in change request reviews, peer testing, and deployment planning to ensure safe and compliant delivery of Workday enhancements and fixes.
8. Good awareness of wider Workday ecosystem and functional modules.
9. Ability to architect complex Workday solutions, considering scalability, performance, and security requirements.
10. Comfortable acting as Subject Matter Expert on systems and collaboration with key business customer.
11. Strong ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
12. Good awareness of the Workday roadmap and new features.
13. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex business processes and requirements.
14. Strong ability to support and mentor junior roles.
15. Strong leadership experience.
16. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
17. Workday certifications are a plus.
