Sales Manager (HR Services)

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive revenue growth within the HR outsourcing, payroll, and HR technology solutions space. The role focuses on acquiring new enterprise and mid-market clients across the Philippines and Southeast Asia through consultative, solution-based selling.

The ideal candidate is a commercially driven sales professional with strong experience in HR services or SaaS/HR tech environments, capable of building pipeline, closing complex deals, and managing senior client relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end new business acquisition across HR outsourcing, payroll, and HR technology solutions.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert high-value opportunities across enterprise and mid-market segments in the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
  • Own and achieve assigned revenue and sales targets through strategic prospecting and deal closure.
  • Engage HR leaders, Finance heads, and C-level executives to understand business needs and challenges.
  • Develop tailored, value-based solutions aligned with client requirements and company capabilities.
  • Deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and commercial offerings that address client pain points.
  • Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and structured forecasting.
  • Track deal progress, update forecasts, and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities and performance.
  • Optimize conversion rates through disciplined follow-ups and deal management.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support retention and account expansion.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing and new accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients in HR transformation and workforce solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments in HR outsourcing and payroll.
  • Collaborate with delivery, operations, and implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service execution.
  • Contribute insights to refine go-to-market strategies and sales positioning.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience, with HR services, payroll, HRMS, or SaaS solutions.
  • Proven track record in enterprise or B2B solution selling with consistent achievement of revenue targets.
  • Strong experience handling complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong consultative selling and solution design capability.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and pipeline management tools.
  • Analytical and commercially minded, with ability to interpret sales metrics and market data.
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel across assigned territories as needed.
