WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Manage and grow our social media presence across all active platforms — Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more
- Develop and execute a consistent content calendar aligned with brand goals and campaigns
- Create original, engaging content — copy, graphics direction, and video concepts — that resonates with our target audience
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and messages in a timely and on-brand manner
- Track and analyze performance metrics and translate insights into smarter content strategies
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling
- Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, trending formats, and emerging social media best practices
- Identify growth opportunities, partnership possibilities, and community-building initiatives
WHO YOU ARE
- 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role (Required)
- Deeply familiar with major social platforms and how to create content that performs on each one
- A natural storyteller with a strong sense of brand voice, tone, and visual identity
- Proficient in social media management and scheduling tools — Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar
- Data-driven — you track what works, learn from what doesn't, and adjust without hesitation
- Creative and trend-aware — you spot what's gaining traction before it peaks
- A collaborative teammate who communicates clearly and takes creative feedback constructively
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and thrives managing multiple platforms in a fully remote setup
