About The Role

Transform Lives Through the Power of Nutrition

At QLI, we believe food is more than nourishment—it is healing, strength, and connection. Every day, individuals recovering from life-changing brain and spinal cord injuries work to rebuild their independence and quality of life. Nutrition plays a vital role in that journey.

We are seeking a Clinical Dietitian who is inspired to make a meaningful impact. This key member of the recovery team will elevate the role of nutrition within a highly collaborative rehabilitation environment, ensuring every client receives personalized, therapeutic care that supports their recovery, restores their dignity, and enhances quality of their life.

This is more than a clinical leadership position—it is an opportunity to profoundly influence recovery outcomes. You will shape nutrition strategies that:

  • Lead comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans aligned with clinical diagnoses and recovery goals.
  • Oversee therapeutic diets and cycle menus that meet regulatory standards while honoring client preferences and cultural diversity.
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams—including nursing, therapy, and compliance—to enhance outcomes and ensure continuity of care.
  • Monitor client health trends, including weight and nutritional status, implementing timely interventions.
  • Ensure food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across all nutrition services.
  • Provide education and coaching to clients and families, empowering long-term wellness and independence.
  • Serve as a trusted clinical resource and collaborative partner within QLI’s interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.

  • Proficiency in technology and electronic health record systems
  • Must be at least 18 years old (required)
