- This is a Full-Time Hourly Position
- Pay rate: $24-$26/hour

What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support for daily office operations.
- Coordinate vendor communications, invoices, and required documentation.
- Assist with budget tracking and departmental records.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate employee luncheons and departmental events.
- Maintain office supplies, files, and uniform inventory.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to employees, Members, guests, and vendors.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two or more years of administrative support experience in a professional office environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with invoice processing, recordkeeping, or budget support preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
