• A. Major Responsibilities : 主要职责
• Coach and train design engineers to improve skills.
• P articipate to build global design process, and imple ment global process in local team.
• To be r e s po n sible for product layout design, model tree planning.
• Track working progress and make sure to deliver high quality model, drawing and BOM.
• L ead CI project and problem shooting
• Continue improvement design process and design quality control methods.
• B . Requirement Profile : 任职条件 : 学历，工作经验， 能力和技能

1. Education 学历 :

B achelor Or Above in Mechanical 机械相关 专业 学士及以上

1. Experience 工作经验：

• Minimum 3 Years Relevant Experience , Air -Conditioning mechanic design preferr ed
• 3 年以上工作经验，从事过空调 结构 设计 工作的优先

1. Skills 能力和技能：

• Strong mechanical product design and drawing making experience Required ( Preferred on Air-conditioning )

良好的 机械产品 设计 和 制图 经验 （ 空调设计经验优先）

• Strong Computer Skills ( Pro/E, AutoCAD, MS office , Etc.)

良好的计算机技能（ Pro/E, AutoCAD, MS office 等） .

• Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills in English

良好的 英语 书面沟通和口头表达能力

• Strong Ability of communication and problem solving
