Requirements

Principal Accountabilities

• Assist in develop and execute brand plans & strategies to maximize brand awareness and achieve business goals
• Support on the planning and execution of new product launch plan
• Co-ordinate with retailers and third parties on promotions’ planning and execution
• Co-ordinate with press and agencies on PR and communications
• Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure counter activations and visual merchandising are properly executed
• Work closely with brand principal to ensure all marketing plans and materials will uphold brand image
• Consolidate and analyze sales data for reporting
• Be responsible for inventory and budget control
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

University graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines

At least 3 years working experience in the sales & marketing of beauty, FMCG, retail, or related industries

Able to collaborate well with team members

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

Immediately available is preferred
