Senior Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted and valued business partner to stakeholders and senior management across Susquehanna’s multiple businesses in APAC, including proprietary trading, market making, liquidity provision, and institutional sales and trading.
• Provide legal support on a diverse range of legal and regulatory matters, such as dealing, brokerage, execution, custody, clearing, prime brokerage, market access, electronic trading arrangements, technology, infrastructure, and market data.
• Collaborate with the Compliance function to advise on regulatory licensing, interactions with APAC regulators, and regulatory inspections or investigations.
• Contribute to strategic projects and business development initiatives in the APAC region.
• Manage organizational legal matters and provide legal input on a wide range of commercial and operational issues.
• Work closely with other members of the in-house legal team in the APAC region.
