FIELD COORDINATOR – DIRECT HIRE

Deployment Site: Angeles, Pampanga

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits to 7-Eleven stores in Angeles and Mabalacat to assess the status and performance of employee-members.
• Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor, track, and provide updates regarding new, active, and inactive employee-members.
• Maintain good relationships with clients and employee-members.
• Submit necessary reports and updates related to field operations and employee-member status.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Male (Must own a motorcycle and possess a valid driver's license)
• Bachelor's degree in any business-related course
• At least 6 months of experience in client and employee relations management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel and work on various field assignments

Working Conditions

• 3 days of field-based work and 2 days of onsite arrangement
• Company-provided laptop and work equipment

Compensation and Benefits

• Above-minimum monthly salary
