About The Role
主要职责:
- 作为空运物流客户的主要对接人,建立信任关系,及时解决客户问题。
Act as the primary point of contact for air logistics clients, building trust and resolving issues promptly.
- 与销售、运营、订舱团队紧密协作,管理订单及优化舱位分配。
Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and booking teams to manage orders and optimize cargo space allocation.
- 全程跟踪货物运输,确保顺利完成交付。
Monitor end-to-end shipment transportation to ensure smooth delivery.
- 负责处理升级的交付问题,跟进直至解决。
Handle escalated delivery issues and follow through until resolution.
- 协助销售账单核对及数据验证,确保运费准确、按时收取。
Assist with sales billing verification and data validation to ensure accurate and timely freight payment collection.
Requirements
- 至少1年物流、供应链或相关领域工作经验。
Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
- 可以处理英文邮件和系统,进行简单的英文口语沟通。
Ability to handle emails and systems in English, with basic spoken English communication skills.
- 适应力强,积极解决问题,以客户为中心。
Adaptable, proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric approach.
- 主动细致,能在压力下高效工作。
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working efficiently under pressure.
