Key Responsibilities

• Data Assessment: Assist in stakeholder interviews, document business needs, and maintain Data Assessment/Traceability matrices.
• -
• SQL & Data Analysis: Build intermediate SQL queries and perform data validation checks across multiple sources.
• -
• Requirements & Documentation: Draft clear requirement documents, workflow diagrams, and KPI specifications.
• -
• Quality & Adoption: Execute data quality checks and conduct validation tests to ensure data consistency.
• -
• Modeling Support: Assist in designing basic logical and BI data models.

Must-have Skills

• -
• Experience: +2 years in data analysis, BI systems, or technical requirements gathering.
• -
• SQL (Intermediate): Proficiency in writing queries, and data aggregations.
• -
• BI Tools: Hands-on experience or familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• -
• Core Skills: Strong structured thinking, basic knowledge of statistics/probability, and an understanding of retail/business KPIs.
• -
• Communication: Excellent ability to communicate clearly with both technical development teams and business users.

Nice-to-have

• AI Tooling Proficiency : Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.

• Exposure to cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery).

• Basic Python scripting skills.

• Process mapping tools (Lucidchart / Visio).

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
