We’re recruiting for one of the fastest growing, most exciting email marketing agencies on the planet. They work with legit eCommerce operators doing $3M to $10M+ per year. These are grown up brands with real volume, real stakes, and real expectations.

If you’re elite in Klaviyo, this is your lane.

Not “I can send campaigns.”

Not “I’ve built a welcome flow once.”

I mean you can build, QA, and optimize the entire lifecycle machine so cleanly that revenue shows up like clockwork.

The mission

Own Klaviyo for multiple high performing eCommerce brands.

Build systems that print cash.

Protect deliverability like it’s sacred.

Launch fast, test constantly, and make retention climb.

What you’ll own

Flows and lifecycle architecture: welcome, abandon, post purchase, winback, VIP, browse, replenishment, and whatever else the brand needs

Campaign execution: build, schedule, segment, QA, report, iterate

Segmentation and list hygiene: keep it tight, keep it clean, keep it profitable

Deliverability: sender reputation, best practices, monitoring, fixes before fires start

Testing culture: subject lines, offers, creative angles, flow logic, timing, segmentation rules

SOP excellence: follow the system, improve the system, leave everything cleaner than you found it

What “winning” looks like in 90 days

You independently run 8+ active client accounts as the primary Klaviyo authority

Core flows are documented, organized, and improving every month

Reporting is not a slideshow. It drives decisions and priorities

PMs don’t chase you. You run ahead of the calendar

You’re known for speed, accuracy, and results. Less chaos, more revenue

Must haves

2+ years hands on, in the trenches, dedicated Klaviyo experience

You can confidently handle flows, segmentation, analytics, integrations, deliverability

You’ve worked in an agency or multi client environment, managing 8+ clients at once

You understand direct response. You think in revenue, not vibes

Full time availability. This is not a side gig

You can work Saturdays when needed

You’re obsessive about details. You catch what others miss

Nice to haves

Experience with brands doing $3M to $10M+ in annual revenue

Strong grasp of retention metrics, LTV, attribution, and how email affects them

Basic HTML/CSS for quick template fixes

Deep deliverability instincts inside Klaviyo

This is not for

Juniors, interns, or “I’m learning Klaviyo” Freelancers juggling multiple clients

Anyone who needs step by step supervision

People who move slow, miss details, or blame tools
