Your role, your impact

As a Salesforce QA Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce solutions across the organization. You'll contribute to the evolution of the Salesforce ecosystem by supporting QA strategy, leading testing initiatives, and helping ensure successful program delivery. Working across multiple workstreams, you'll collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders to promote quality, consistency, and a seamless user experience.

Your day-to-day

  • Lead and contribute to the QA strategy for the Salesforce program, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives and delivery roadmap;
  • Define, structure, and evolve testing frameworks and deliverables to support a multi-phase Salesforce program;
  • Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications;
  • Validate new features, enhancements, and integrations across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud;
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing;
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, product owners, and program leads to ensure quality is embedded across all stages of the delivery lifecycle;
  • Identify, track, and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution and effective stakeholder communication;
  • Support and guide UAT cycles, working with business users to ensure readiness and successful adoption;
  • Contribute to test automation strategy and implementation, driving efficiency and scalability;
  • Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and governance to support program-level delivery excellence.

Keys to your success

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in QA and software testing, including Salesforce environments;
  • Proven experience testing Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud;
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, test management platforms, or automation frameworks;
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing lifecycle, and defect management;
  • Ability to work within broader program structures and contribute to cross-functional delivery;
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Extra edge

  • Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other relevant Salesforce certifications;
  • Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, Copado QA;
  • Experience contributing to QA strategy or governance in large-scale transformation programs;
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum environments.

  • French: Proficient
  • English: Proficient
