About The Role

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for technical projects within the financial domain.
Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring clarity for development teams.
Assist in the design and implementation of solutions, utilizing technologies such as Spring Framework and microservice.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Conduct data analysis and create reports to support decision-making processes.
Support testing efforts by defining test cases and validating solutions against requirements.
Stay current with industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
More than 8 years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst role, preferably within the financial sector.
Strong understanding of technical concepts, including APIs, software development methodologies, and relevant programming languages.
Experience with Spring Framework and Microsoft technologies is highly desirable.
Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
