Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect the organization's IT infrastructure, data, and systems from cyber threats
Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities
Monitor and analyze security logs, alerts, and events to detect and respond to security incidents in a timely manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the implementation of security best practices and compliance with industry standards and regulations
Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and threat landscape to continuously improve the organization's security posture
Provide security awareness training and guidance to employees to foster a culture of security within the organization

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security, with a strong understanding of security protocols, technologies, and best practices
Proficient in security monitoring, incident response, and threat analysis
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO, PCI-DSS)
Relevant certifications in cybersecurity, such as CISSP, CISA, or GIAC, are preferred
