Associates Corporate/M&A (f/ m/ x)

We are looking for committed and highly qualified associates ( f/m /x) with a special interest in international transactions and corporate law to support our team based in Vienna.

Your Tasks

• Private M&A: S hare and asset purchases and related procedures (auctions)
• Joint Ventures , reorganisation of holding structures
• Public M&A: Takeover offers and subsequent squeeze-out procedures
• Corporate Governance Consulting and Compliance
• Advice on corporate law
• IPOs and capital increases

Your Profile

You will have completed your legal studies with above-average results, have excellent English and German skills, are an entrepreneurial thinker with a n ownership attitude and value legal creativity. Experience abroad and previous knowledge in this area, such as by way of an LL.M., a dissertation or internships are an asset but not a must .

Note: according to §9 GlBG : There is no collective agreement or legal minimum salary. The intended minimum basis for the salary arrangement (with the possibility of additional payment) is an annual salary (gross, all-in, 14 instalments) in the amount of 61,000 EUR.
