About The Role

Supervise and monitor all pest control services carried out at client premises.
Conduct client visits to promote and expand pest control services.
Attend to customer complaints promptly and ensure effective resolution.
Oversee technician attendance and prepare monthly incentive reports.
Ensure all services are delivered in line with company standards and quality requirements.
Applications are invited from individuals possessing a minimum of two years experience.
Applicants should possess a Degree in Agriculture from a recognized institution of higher education.
Possess excellent level of customer service and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
A valid riding license is required (A company maintained motorbike with fuel will be provided inclusive of personal use privilege).
Preference will be given to candidates residing in Colombo area.
Competitive remuneration package which exceeds current market standard together with an attractive incentive scheme will be offered to the shortlisted candidate.
