Provides administrative, process, and operational support to enable material handler/warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispatch products out of warehouse
  • Perform JDE inventory systems transactions.
  • Understanding the database management of warehouse stock (processes, procedures, FIFO system)
  • Quality compliance management in the warehouse – provide quality check on products in warehouse (packaging not damaged, seals not broken), on return documents and storage certificates.
  • Enter XT orders and return stock data in to JDE and provide data quality check.
  • Monitor inventory levels and request replenishment
  • Other duties assigned by Management
  • Knowledge of and adherence to Edwards Environmental Health and Safety and Quality guidelines as they relate to warehouse operations

Education and Experience

  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent 4 years previous work experience in a warehouse Required
  • Other: Forklift certification Required

Additional Skills

  • Strong communication skills, e.g., providing work instructions, using tact and diplomacy to resolve disputes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills, including ability to resolve misunderstandings of work instructions, and to convey and confirm understanding of methodology and procedures
  • Good computer skills with proven ability to use computer-based programs
  • Able to read, comprehend, write and speak English, and elementary-level understanding of numerical functions
  • Good math skills, equivalent with high school education level
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record preferred
  • Ability to accurately perform semi-routine work such as material picking, sorting, and cycle counting, including JDE and other related system operation and updates
  • Knowledge of purchasing and accounts payable systems related to developing and submitting required documentation
  • Forklift operation
  • Proven ability to complete, retain, and incorporate training coursework in the performance of new and advanced work procedures, as well as to conduct training
  • Strict attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and/or overtime, as needed
  • Must be able to promote and work in a team environment, including exchanging work methodology feedback and other information related to improving performance of required tasks
  • May also work on inter-departmental teams and with other departments
  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
