The Role
As a Lab Administrator, you’ll bridge the gap between our warehouse and US testing labs. This role blends hands on packing with high level data management to ensure our products clear customs without a hitch.
What You’ll Take On
We are looking for additional support in our Lab . The role involves managing sub-contracted external submissions, performing various administrative duties, and providing technical support using your knowledge of textiles. You’ll engage closely with product teams to build effective working relationships and contribute to the smooth running of the laboratory by supporting testing areas as needed. Overall, you’ll play a key part in delivering a first-class service and helping to drive improvements through automation and process efficiency.

- Data Entry: Maintain precise spreadsheets to track product flow and lab samples.
- Customs Preparation: Generate the specialized documentation required for seamless international transit.
- Logistics Flow: Coordinate shipments to ensure timely arrival at 3rd party compliance labs.
