As an AES Salesforce D365 Developer – Senior Associate- Operate, you will play a pivotal role in connecting Salesforce with other systems, applications, or databases to enable seamless data flow and process automation. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will focus on analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing increased ambiguity. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems, developing a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing. You will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

Designing and implementing integration solutions using Salesforce APIs and middleware platforms
Developing seamless data flow and process automation between Salesforce and other systems
Analyzing client needs to optimize operational efficiency through software solutions
Providing training and support for the integration and utilization of business applications
Collaborating with teams to anticipate client needs and deliver quality solutions
Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills
Utilizing critical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights
Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines
Building meaningful client connections and managing stakeholder expectations
Implementing Salesforce customization and development to enhance client operations

What You Must Have

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
At least one of the following: One or more Salesforce certifications aligned to system integration delivery, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant, Integration Architecture Designer, or Platform Developer I
Knowledge or experience with Dynamics 365.
Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce APIs and Salesforce Development
Utilizing skills in Salesforce Customization and Salesforce Data Architecture
Excelling in Integration Architecture Implementation and Middleware Development
Applying analytical thinking to solve complex business integrations
Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility in dynamic environments
